Article 4. AI Translation Features
The Service may use OpenAI API and other external AI services to provide AI translation features. Information submitted by users, including chat contents, communications with medical institutions, symptoms, and other health-related information, may be transmitted to external AI service providers for translation processing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI translations. AI translations may contain mistranslations, contextual misunderstandings, omissions, or other inaccuracies. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and confirming translated content.
Article 5. Sharing Information with Medical Institutions
To fulfill reservation requests, we may provide the following information to medical institutions as necessary:
- Full name
- Age
- Gender
- Nationality
- Symptoms and other information necessary for reservations
Such disclosures are made based on the user's request. We do not provide medical services, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or medical judgments. Any medical agreement is formed directly between the user and the medical institution, and we are not a party to such agreement.
Article 6. Interpretation and Translation Support
The Service may provide optional interpretation support services. Interpretation support is provided solely for language assistance purposes and does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical judgment. Interpreters may access limited user information such as names and gender where necessary. Users may voluntarily disclose symptoms or health-related information during calls. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of interpretation or translation services.
Article 7. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not disclose user information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With user consent
- When necessary to process reservation requests with medical institutions
- When necessary for payment processing
- When necessary for AI translation processing
- When required by applicable law
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property
- When requested by governmental authorities under applicable law
- In connection with business transfers or succession
Article 8. International Data Transfers
User information may be processed or stored outside Japan in connection with external services used by the Service. In particular, information may be transferred to servers located outside Japan for AI translation processing and related services. By using the Service, users consent to such international data transfers.

The privacy policies and terms of such third-party providers may also apply.

We may also use Google Analytics and similar tools to analyze usage trends. Such tools may transmit cookie identifiers, access information, device information, and related data to external service providers.

We may retain collected information for as long as necessary for service operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, evidence preservation, and other legitimate business purposes. Even after account deletion or deletion requests, we may retain certain information where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

We strive to implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, destruction, or alteration of user information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Article 14. No Emergency Medical Services
The Service does not provide emergency medical services or emergency response. If users experience symptoms such as chest pain, breathing difficulties, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, or other potentially life-threatening conditions, they should immediately contact emergency services such as 119 or appropriate emergency medical providers.
Article 15. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights regarding their personal information in accordance with applicable law and procedures separately designated by us. However, we may refuse such requests where retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes.
Article 16. Fraud Prevention and Enforcement
We may use collected information for fraud prevention, security maintenance, investigation of Terms violations, and related purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for users engaged in fraudulent activity, false registration, harassment, discrimination, payment fraud, automated bot usage, or other inappropriate conduct.
Article 17. Anti-Social Forces
Users represent and warrant that they are not affiliated with organized crime groups, anti-social forces, or related entities.
Article 18. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy as necessary due to legal changes, service modifications, or operational requirements. Revised versions become effective upon posting within the Service or by other reasonable notification methods.
