What languages do you support?
All major languages. Simply message us in your preferred language and we will respond in kind. You do not need to speak Japanese at any point in the process.
What hours are you available?
Standard hours are 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
For life-threatening emergencies, always call 119 first.
Where in Japan do you operate?
Nationwide. We help visitors anywhere in Japan across all 47 prefectures.
Can I use this without travel insurance?
Yes. Our service works regardless of your insurance status.
Clinic fees are paid directly to the clinic - we simply facilitate the booking and translation.
Are service fees covered by travel insurance?
Generally, no.
Travel insurance typically reimburses medical treatment and prescription costs only.
Our fees (booking, interpreter, emergency) are concierge services and are usually not reimbursable.
Clinic and prescription costs may be reimbursable - keep all your receipts.
How and when am I charged?
Your card is authorized at the time of inquiry but only charged once your appointment is confirmed.
If we cannot secure a booking, you are not charged.
We accept credit card and debit card. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
Can I book for someone else?
Of course you can.
You can book for your child, partner, parent, or traveling companion.
Simply let us know who the appointment is for and provide their symptoms during the chat.
What about prescription medicine?
After your consultation, the doctor will issue a prescription document if needed.
Keep it carefully - pharmacies cannot dispense medication without it.
We will also provide information about a nearby pharmacy when we confirm your booking.
How do you choose which clinic to book?
We don't operate fixed partner clinics.
We identify the best-fitting facility near your location for your specific condition, contact them on your behalf, and communicate your symptoms in advance - so even non-foreigner-specialized clinics can serve you smoothly.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge at any time before we confirm your booking and notify you.
Is my medical information safe?
Yes. The symptom information you provide is stored encrypted on our servers and is only accessed by our staff at the moment of booking.
We do not share or use your medical information for any other purpose.
